My oven was not working and I made an appointment with the Appliance Repairs. They showed up the next day ontime, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the igniter all in a couple of hours. I am a happy customer. I had to have my Ice Maker fan replaced. The transaction was very straightforward. I called, they explained the initial call out-charge and how it would be subtracted from the overall cost if I went with the repair. Sami came out, assessed the problem, told me the solution and went ahead and ordered the part. Once the part came in, I was called back and we set up an appointment to have the fan replaced. Sami returned, exchanged the part, and we are good to go.
If half-stars were available, I’d remove 1/2 a star for two, admittedly, nit-picky elements. (1) The gentlemen who takes your original call could be a little warmer and friendlier. There was no politeness or customer service warmth at all, on any of my calls with this gentleman.(2) Appointment windows are three hour intervals. I’m guessing, as a small company, this may be unavoidable. But three hours is a lot of your day to tie up to wait for the repair folk to arrive.

The technician is the man...totally professional, straightforward, and fixed the problem with our washer that others were not able to fix (F20 indicator on Whirlpool washer).
