My oven was not working and I made an appointment with the Appliance Repairs. They showed up the next day ontime, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the igniter all in a couple of hours. We found out our dryer wasn't working one morning, and after calling Appliance Repair Leaders, they were able to make it out in just a few hours to fix the problem. They are super responsive, were very communicative regarding the problem and work needing to be done, and were sure to follow up post-repair to make sure everything was still working. Sami did great job. He showed up promptly, explained the refrigerator problem, fixed it handily (I didn't have to wait on a part) then was thoughtful about cleaning up. As a bonus Sami was also able to replace my garbage disposal but only after it failed a reset. So I have confidence that the replacement was truly needed. My washing machine broke Sunday morning. Appliance Repair Leaders LLC technician came Sunday afternoon to diagnose the problem. He didn't have the part (lid switch) that was needed, so he left saying he'd get the part and come back the next day. Monday morning, the technician from Appliance Repair Leaders LLC called me to let me know he was ordering the part. He came that night at 7:00 with the part and fixed it. These guys are THE best. We have used others and this operation is far superior in quality of service and cost. The technician is the man...totally professional, straightforward, and fixed the problem with our washer that others were not able to fix (F20 indicator on Whirlpool washer).
