After many headaches and hours on the phone with Samsung on a dryer that would turn on but wouldn’t start, I finally turned to google reviews at 9pm and sent inquiries to 4 highly rated companies. Appliance Repair Leaders called me back at 0830am the next morning, had a technician out by 4pm same day. Sami, the technician would have been there at the beginning of the appt window but I was running behind- so he stopped at another house first and was still here less than 1 hour into the 3-hour appt window, even with the delay. He was able to diagnose the issue within 5 mins. Dryer belt was broken, $250 to replace and less than 90 mins of my day. I wish I’d started here instead of Samsung. We have a Kitchenaid refrigerator that was losing pressure at the water dispenser and leaked water when the filter was removed. Omar showed up on time, anticipated the problem, confirmed his diagnosis, and resolved the problem quickly. Throughout his work, he explained what he was doing and ensured our wooden floors were kept dry. He was very courteous and a pleasure to have in our home.
Omar also identified a water supply problem (slow leak) from a water supply valve replacement we had done a few years back (another company). He replaced the line and validated that all connections were leak-free.
